Sara is the new owner of Omaha Mom! Sara is originally from small town-Iowa and has made Omaha her home for six years. Sara resides in West Omaha with her husband Chris, their twin daughters Edith & Eloise, and son William Thomas. Sara joined Omaha Mom as a contributor in 2018 and in 2019 managed the social media accounts. In July 2020 the opportunity to purchase Omaha Mom was made available and Sara jumped at the opportunity. When she isn't running her twins to preschool, or chasing her son around the house, Sara enjoys crafting, watching The Office, and being outside with her family.
Neidy (pronounced "nay-dee") is a native Georgia girl, but moved to Omaha in 2012 and hasn't looked back. She lives in East Council Bluffs with her husband Zach, her sons Charlie and Eddie, and her daughter Tegan. Neidy met her husband while in college and married him while he was still serving active duty in the Marine Corps. After a brief stint living in San Diego, they decided to move back to her husband's native home in Omaha. Neidy finished her degree at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, pursuing Film Studies, which has cemented her love of Omaha. She's now a homeschooling mom and works at her church as the children's ministry site manager. She also loves a great cup of coffee, exploring various locally-based restaurants, indie movies, experimenting with new recipes, finding new ways to teach her children, and cheering on the Huskers.

Sarah has lived in the Omaha area her entire life. She currently lives in Papillion with her husband, Adam and their sons Turner, Camden, and Easton. Their son, Bennett, passed away shortly after his birth and is a cherished member of the family’s daily life. Currently a Stay-at-Home Mom, Sarah loves the hustle and bustle of life with all of her boys! There’s never a quiet moment! Sarah is the oldest of 8 siblings and loves spending time with her entire family! She loves baseball, football, reading, traveling, Pitch Perfect, pretending to be organized with the help of her planner and long, quiet Starbucks enhanced walks around Target!
Andrea is an Omaha native who, like so many others, spent some time away but was called back 'home' when she started her family. She and her husband have 3 daughters, ages 10, 9, and 7. Andrea teaches 5th and 6th grade Reading and Writing and gets to spend summers as a stay-at-home mom. She is also going back to school herself, pursuing a degree in School Library/Media. She enjoys reading, baking, and any activity that means time with family or friends.
Ashley lives in Elkhorn, NE. She is the mom of four active kiddos – Isaac (2012), Elijah (2013), Anna (2017), Ava (2019). Ashley homeschools her children during the day and works as a private speech-language pathologist during the afternoons and evenings. She enjoys writing, reading, crafting, sewing, and spending time with her family.
Becka is an Iowa native who moved to Omaha in June 2015. She is one half of a higher education couple, a mom to identical twin boys (Avery and Elliot 2014) and two sassy wiener dogs (Nora and Knox). Becka enjoys the craziness of twins and the unpredictability of each day. Even with three degrees, most recently a doctorate in higher education, she continues to find herself googling things like “pachycephalosaurus + herbivore” or “excavator vs digger.” With two very energetic and curious preschoolers at home Becka enjoys the peacefulness of her daily commute to Lincoln where she is a coordinator in the Nebraska Business Honors Academy. Becka loves being outdoors in her garden, on the lake with her family, or sitting on the patio with a friend. Her kryptonite is diet coke, peanut m&m’s and a kid free Target trip.
Blair Bonczynski is a wife to one, mom to two. Born and raised in the Metro area, she finds great joy in playing intramural sports, listening to a good audio book, figuring out ways to save the environment, and indulging in a craft beer every now and then. She spends her days working as the marketing and communications coordinator for the Archdiocese of Omaha Catholic Schools Office, and she spends her nights playing with her kids and picking up toys at home. She is constantly discovering the joy in the little things.
Catherine is a stay at home mom to Henry (2015) and wife to Alex. In her spare time (yeah, right!) Catherine enjoys gardening, decorating, and reading. In her LBC (Life Before Child) Catherine was a TV Reporter. Originally from Chicago, the Harrington’s are happy to call Omaha home. They live in West-O with their Maltese, Austin.
Danielle was born and raised here in Omaha, but is quick to say, “I’ve been out.” Meaning, she has truly traveled the World. She met her husband in the training room at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Just two months later, she knew he was the one! Danielle and her husband have been married 7 years. They have lived in Virginia, California and now Bennington. Danielle loves to serve behind the scenes. Most days are spent at the local YMCA and home. It takes a lot to shepherd her five children; ages 4, 3, 2, 1, and 4 months, but by God’s grace and the help from family and community they are sustained.
Danielle lives in Papillion with her husband Tyler and their two boys, Matthias (April 2016) and Graeme (April 2018). Tyler and Dani met in high school and married soon after, then traveled overseas for several years during her husband’s time as a United States Marine. He is now in the Air Force, and Dani is a licensed mental health therapist. She practices part-time in private practice and is passionate about working with complex trauma, motherhood, the military community, and first responders. Her days (and nights) are filled to the brim trying to keep up with her adventurous, fearless boys. She tries to squeeze in some yoga, coffee, walks outside, and extra snuggles for some balance.
Ellen was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois where she met and later married her high school sweetheart, Mason. Together they’ve traveled the world, most recently touching down in Omaha in June 2019. She’s a mom to three little boys, Theodore (seven), Woodrow (five), and Maximus (two). Life is never boring with her boys! Ellen loves being a military spouse and she embodies the “bloom where you are planted” mentality. In addition to soaking up whatever current city she’s living in, she is passionate about reading and getting books in the hands of children, as well as helping other mamas connect with each other. She has a bachelor’s degree in secondary English education, a master’s degree in adolescent literacy and technology, and she teaches part-time online, but is primarily as stay-at-home mom. Her hobbies include, exploring, reading, swimming, napping, snapping pictures, playing games, baking, and loving on the little men in her life.
Erika resides in Midtown Omaha with her husband Chris and their three kids, Macklin (October 2011), Everly (June 2014), and Henrik (May 2016). She has a background in education and child development but is currently rocking the SAHM gig. She enjoys long walks down target isles, eating raw cookie dough out of the fridge, attempting to craft and embracing the chaos of motherhood.
Jennie is a native Nebraskan and aspiring writer. She's a stay-at-home mom to three kids, two cats, and a handful of fish. When she's not playing chauffeur, maid, cook, housekeeper, tutor, or laundress; she hides in her writing nook and lives vicariously through her fictional characters. Jennie enjoys connecting other moms, spending time with her family, reading, and crafting on occasion.
Jenny is a fifth generation Nebraskan. She is a true city girl and has lived in Omaha for 16 years of her life! She loves meeting new people and having real conversations. In her day job, she leads a Christian ministry -where she helps college students develop a meaningful relationship with Jesus. She has been married for over a decade and her husband and she have two amazing girls. In her free time, you will find Jenny navigating the world of being a school mom and trying to show up for people in a non-judgmental way.
Kim is a California native living in West Omaha. She and her husband, Ben have three kids - Levi (4), Addie (2) and Millie (3 months). They have been living in Omaha for 5 years. Kim is a former army officer and met her husband while they were both on active duty and they have been married for 9 years. She has a passion for fitness and training women of all stages of life. She is a pre/post-natal fitness specialist and runs her own business where she helps women navigate their fitness journey through classes and workshops.
Kinesha Roach is a loving wife to SSGT. Jarell Roach. She is the Mom to four amazing children, John, Karia, Jeremiah and Karley. Her life is full of flavor as the Owner/Chef of K. Rochelle Catering. She has two children with special needs, and is passionate about helping special needs families. Kinesha also hosts a monthly mobile community dinner for families who have children with special needs. Mama Roach loves fashion, bowling, traveling, and reading. Meg was born in Long Beach, CA and raised in Wichita, Kansas. Go Shockers! She found her passion of real estate management at an early age and has been in the industry for 12 years. Meg is a coach's wife, and a boss babe, owning her own management firm since 2014. When she isn’t busy running circles around her daughter Norah (2), traveling for work, or accessorizing her outfits, you can find her at Target (almost daily). In her free time she enjoys a scrumptious weekend brunch on a patio, yoga, scouring TJ Maxx for frugal finds, and personal development. Meg is passionate about her family, friends, Nebraska football, while loving and growing her mom tribe.
Sara is a career child welfare worker turned career mama. After having their first child, Marian (Feb 2017), she realized her true calling in life was to mom and mom hard! Sara resides with her husband, Blake, and daughter in West Omaha. They welcomed their second child, Henry, August 2019. Sara is a Nebraska transplant from Iowa while Blake grew up in Bellevue, NE. She has a professional background in child development, psychology, and human services, and puts these degrees to use everyday in raising her children. Sara is a staunch believer in only being able to care for others when you also care for yourself. When she’s not momming, she can be found reading books from a book club she co-leads, cooking, or crafting.
Tessa is a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Masters in reading. She is a language arts and creative writing teacher and is the co-author of the blog www.familyfootnote.com. She has three children and when she is not mothering or teaching, she is writing. Her work can be found in Fine Lines Literary Journal, Huff Post Parents, Empty Sink Publishing, Route 7 Review, Sammiches and Psychmeds, THAT Literary Review, The Sunlight Press, xoJane, and Parent.co.
Tiffani is wife to David and mother to 4 boys, and they live in their self-proclaimed “frat house” in Bennington. She is a Nebraska native, freelance writer, and certified group fitness instructor. She earned her Journalism degree from the University of Denver in 1999, and returned to Omaha in 2007. As an active family, they enjoy exploring local parks and trails, participating in races, and traveling. Tiffani is an avid triathlete and runner, and completed her first (but not last) Ironman race in 2016. She writes about her adventures on her blog MomCanTri.com.
